Small World Pellets

As I’ve found with most pellets feeds, either they are really good or they are really bad. What we are aiming to do is to separate the companies that didn’t do their research and don’t care, from the ones who really want to provide a healthy pellet or muesli feed for their customers.

Did you know that some bad pellet feeds contribute to the “4 year” lifespan of a guinea pig! Thats right, there is a myth that states that guinea pigs can live from four to six years old when in reality it is six to eight!

Lets find out whether the small world pellets are good or bad!

Uh, oh! I see a red warning light here! 🚩 Corn is a big no as seeds and nuts are not meant to be part of a guinea pig’s diet! Alfalfa is also a big no-no unless it is in a tiny amount. There isn’t any vitamin c!!!

Unfortunately I cannot find the analysis anywhere on the internet. If anyone is able to go to the pet store, find this brand and take a picture of it for me, let me know at

Since the brand obviously has no reputation, no website and no analysis anywhere on the internet, I rate this one star ⭐️ Avoid this brand!

For the right brands, check out the pellets dictionary!

the only problem is for some of the ingredients like Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal which I don’t have what can be the alternative for it?
